Why control over every device matters.

Laptops, smartphones, and tablets have become an essential part of the workday. Employees work at the office, at home, and on the go, accessing important business data from a variety of devices.

The more devices are in use, the harder it becomes to stay on top of security, updates, and access. A lost smartphone, outdated software, or an unsecured device can quickly become a risk to your organization.

With Mobile Device Management, we manage and secure all your devices centrally. You stay in control of your devices and business data, while your employees can continue to work securely and flexibly.

We take care of managing your devices.

A new employee, a new device, or an important update? With Mobile Device Management, we make sure the devices in your organization are properly set up and managed. Your organization no longer has to keep track of every device individually, and employees can get started right away. Among other things, we take care of the following:

  • Central device setup
  • Automatic software updates
  • Application management
  • Security policy configuration
  • Managing access to business data
  • Action in case of loss or theft
No more separate lists, no more chasing updates, and no more doubts about whether a device is properly secured. We know everything is managed centrally, so we can simply focus on our work.

Frequently asked questions.

  • What exactly is Mobile Device Management (MDM)?

MDM is a central software solution for configuring, managing, and securing mobile devices through a set of rules and policies. Think of it as a digital control center for all your company devices.

  • How does MDM work in practice?

You install a dedicated app or configuration profile on the mobile device. Through a secure connection, the IT administrator can remotely install apps, roll out updates, and change settings without physically touching the device.

  • What is the difference between MDM and MAM?

    - MDM (Mobile Device Management): Manages and secures the entire device, including all settings and security features. - MAM (Mobile Application Management): Focuses only on business apps and company data, while personal data and apps remain out of view and untouched (often useful for BYOD).

  • What if a company phone is stolen or lost?

Through the MDM environment, you can immediately lock or completely wipe a lost or stolen device remotely. This prevents sensitive business data from falling into the wrong hands.

  • Can MDM also be used on employees’ personal phones (BYOD)?

Yes, it can. Many companies use BYOD (Bring Your Own Device). With a combination of MDM or MAM, you can create a separate business environment on a personal phone, protecting the employee’s privacy and managing only work data.

  • Which devices and operating systems are supported?

Modern MDM solutions are platform-independent. You can manage Android and iOS smartphones and tablets, as well as Windows and macOS laptops, all from a single dashboard.

  • What about employee privacy?

MDM doesn’t give you free rein to look into your employees’ phones. It manages security, configuration, and business apps. Personal photos, messages, and call history remain private, especially if you choose strict separation or MAM. You can read more background on this in our article on common misconceptions about MDM.

  • What software or license do you need?

That depends on your current IT environment. Many organizations that already use Microsoft 365 deploy Microsoft Intune, which is often included in licenses such as Microsoft 365 Business Premium. There are also specialized solutions available through telecom partners and dedicated MDM providers.
